I really like ‘Alvin and the Chipmunks 4: The Road Chip’, at first I was watching it ironically until I realised that it was somehow actually funny. It’s a combination of unintentional humour (like how they could afford to hire the guy from LMFAO (pictured) to have a two or three minute speaking role as himself and to promote the film but couldn’t afford to have him play any of LMFAO’s actual music), rubbish intended humour that’s become ironically funny now that the films been out for half a decade and is quite dated (theodore twerking to baby got back) and jokes that were funny in of themselves all along (the chipmunks getting put on a no fly list as suspects in a terrorist attack).
Somehow the film manages to pull it all off and actually achieves its aims despite it having the lowest budget of all the films and seeming the most like a cynical last ditch cash grab made just before the ‘franchise’ became entirely irrelevant.
So what garbage tier films do you really like?
I will always love Commando because it has the objectively best one liner set up and punch line and the sheer amount of people Arnold kills probably one of the highest I’ve ever seen. It’s also fun to pair and compare to an actually good Arnold movie (Predator).
The star wars prequels.
Edit: Also, not a movie, but I still want to mention early abridged series. They aren’t good, and some of the jokes aged incredibly poorly, but I am not immune to littlekuriboh doing a shitty brooklyn accent.
Ngl, the first movie I thought of when I saw this thread was Revenge of the Sith. It’s an awful, hilarious movie that somehow still hits a lot of the emotional points of that story. And Hayden Christensen did pretty good, given the dogshit script he had to work with.
Good Burger, the 1997 Nickelodeon movie with Kenan Thompson and Kel Mitchell (and Abe Vigoda, and Sinbad). It’s really stupid but I love it. It has basically the same plot as Dodgeball but with burgers instead of gyms.

I wanna say Shoot Em Up but it does succeed at being a hilarious pseudo-parody of action films.
I hope you’re not just another pussy with a gun in your hand…
PAUL GIAMATTI: Oh no, sir. I’m a tough guy… with pussy in my hand.
that actually sounds pretty good, I’ll try to remember to watch it at some point
There’s a literal sex scene-shootout where the main protag is fucking Monica Belluci and she’s moaning in orgasm as he shoots like 20 guys in the head. It’s great fun.
A promotional video for the film was released on YouTube in which the company claimed to test a bulletproof stroller by shooting at it with a submachine gun while a baby was in it. The baby was then removed from the stroller unharmed. The hoax campaign was taken seriously by global media and the blogging community; Aftonbladet, Sweden’s largest evening tabloid, carried the story on its online edition for some time.
Jay and Silent Bob Strikes Back is an abomination but i saw it when i was a kid and thought it was fucking funny. Now i know it isn’t but still laugh my ass off when i watch it.
Same with Fanboys.
