First attached document is for the bill itself (though it’s a PDF in Ukrainian) and it does say that those liable for military service, as well as people on a bunch of leadership roles must return within 15 days, and next that they have to return within 15 days after the bill becomes law — it’s not yet. The sentence proposed for offense is 5 to 10 years.
