What’s with the mass numbers of mods being removed from c/main? Does this have something to do with the new rules about veganism? I am NOT trying to stir any shit, I’m really just wondering what is going on and if anyone else is seeing this and not sure where to ask
Edit never mind I’m an idiot. I was looking at older parts of the modlog but thought it was recent because nothing recent is showing up for me on the modlog. (most recent is 2 mo).
It might. I wouldn’t count it as a surprise if the world ended in a nuclear fire that the US lit. But I also don’t see it as a foregone conclusion. We ARE going to face civilization-ending climate change effects. We’re not getting around that. But remember capital can escape for more fertile pastures before just outright dying. As dedollarization sweeps the globe, we just might have attempts at capital flight out of the US before the US actually dies. I don’t know, no crystal ball, but the US might end up whimpering a lot more than it actually throws a tantrum that takes down the rest of the world. Whatever the case though, TRPF is at it’s limits and we’re going to see some shit in the coming years.
I’m thinking of getting Cyber Punk 2077 on my PS4. It’s on sale for half off. I don’t have a computer good enough to run such games, but I do love exploring an open world semi-casually with the old console. I remember hearing that the game didn’t run well on PS4 though and not to get it back when it came out. Was that just part of the initial issues that they mostly fixed now, or is it still a bad idea to try to play it on a console? (Truth be told I’d much rather get Horizon: Forbidden West, but it’s not on sale)
Well, I’m mostly just looking for something to get my mind off… everything else. If it’s entertaining but dumb, I can deal with that, it doesn’t need to be a masterpiece. But if it’s outright boring, then yeah I’ll pass and wait for something better. And if it’s still buggy and doesn’t run well, I definitely won’t get it.
Here’s your chance, @Alaskaball, would you rather be a USAian or an RFian?
Always curious what your opinion is on this as well as the wider BMF phenomenon.
