I don’t use CI that much and this is fucking me and my projects over. I have a cron that triggers once a day and it’s generally 30-40 mins late a day now due to the high demand. One of my projects is getting garbage PRs made against it with a heavily forked action attached that is auto run. And it’s all for generating pennies per process.

For an intro to the USSR, particularly the revolutionary period, you will want to read October by China Melville (although people do say he falls for propaganda narratives about how the USSR fares after the revolution, so you will want to read other sources for that info).
State capitalism would be a step forward as compared with the present state of affairs in our Soviet Republic. If in approximately six months’ time state capitalism became established in our Republic, this would be a great success and a sure guarantee that within a year socialism will have gained a permanently firm hold and will have become invincible in this country. as my sibling commenter said, state capitalism is a stepping stone
