Just commenting so we have more posts than the Sydney daily thread.
Also has anyone been to the Pacific Airshow. We decided to drive down yesterday and find somewhere along the beach to watch.
Ended up south of broadbeach before we could actually find a spot to park.
Most of the planes were pretty much specs on the horizon from that far away.
Ekka yesterday was absolutely packed… have never seen so many people there.
My body has become a petri dish, and some exotic new strain of respiratory disease is now being grown, fueled exclusively by overpriced ekka food and bertie beetles.
Have been advised by my wife that we are taking the kids to the Ekka tomorrow.
Currently taking bets on whether I come down with RSV, Covid, flu, or ‘other’ first.
