I’m going to wager that decal was designed and manufactured in a non-English speaking country. Everyone knows where Texas and Canada are
One has to wonder how you’ve formed your worldview when you’ll take one point from one CIA cable and think it proves your point. Stalin was still a dictator, whether or not the scope of his power was exaggerated by other governments, and there are thousands upon thousands of source documents to draw from on this
Read further down in this document and it literally discusses the dire food situation in the USSR and the “poor material condition” of its people, contradicting your original point
“This single anecdote proves Stalin never did anything wrong!”

A giant bag of carrots costs $2. Maybe try a giant bag of beans for $2, or some fucking potatoes. People who eat shit to a large degree are choosing to eat shit, not forced to due to poverty. People load up on sodas, sugary cereals, juices, chips, processed cheese products, cookies, you name it, and those things are largely more expensive than healthier alternatives
Republicans don’t care about energy independence, they care about money from industry lobbyists and talking points. If they cared about energy independence they’d be all in on wind and solar and moving toward electrification rather than depending on a commodity influenced by a global market
