sorry this happened to you! any immediate advice i can give you is to just stay off dating apps; companies like tinder have successfully gameified dating to the point that the initial purpose of these apps have transformed into hookups, and searching for anything beyond a hookup on these apps is just gonna leave you feeling worse than you did before you downloaded the app

kinda a double edged sword with covid too, really just not a great time to be lonely right now lol
