Look, I don’t know anything about this person, but most of second wave white lib feminism was “waaaah, housewifing is awful thankless dehumanizing bullshit, therefore I should be allowed to wear big boots and put them on people’s necks and oppress and dehumanize the weak, just like daddy!” and with Kamala Harris breaking the color barrier, women of color can now do that shit too! #progress
This is liberation! This is freedom! This is the future! it’s not cosplay, it’s a celebration of the boot daddy was denied because he was black and it was busy crushing his windpipe.
Totally! But the value of a person is not in their labor, and especially not in their work. That’s the main point I’m driving home here.
Ugh, value, capitalism gets in everything. Virtue? That’s a better wird. The virtue of a person does not exist entirely,bor even primarily, in their labor. Only their utility to a system lies primarily in that, which should only ever be a thing we make to enable human flourishing.
