Breakfast noodles went down a treat. Finally glad to be off intermittent fasting. I’ve missed breakfast so much.
Going for a run today was a bad idea. I thought my calf had fully healed, but 2km in and it started seizing up again. Probably put me back a few days. Real shame too, as my pace was probably my best yet, and I didn’t even feel tired, but will just have to wait and see next time.
Guess I’ll just stick to swimming until after my work conference.
Off to Bali in just over a weeks time for a work conference, need some new clothes for my wardrobe. Anyone know anywhere I can get a couple of funky ties? Need a one gold and one flowery one.
Been looking for something like this! Do you reckon they are water and heat resistant? The local pool I go to has a sauna and everytime I go in I struggle to relax as there are people in there talking about a wide range of inappropriate topics, so would love a pair of earplugs.
Few reasons, but the main one is I was losing weight a little bit too much (10kg in just under half a year). I wanted to lose fat and replace with muscle, but the extent that I was losing it was kinda worrying as I was getting a little too skinny and not gaining any muscle mass, so I decided to call it quits and just eat what I want while still continuing the moderate amount of exercise I do daily.
Edit: I should add that I’ll still do IF a few times a week, but it’s not going to be a daily thing like it used to be. Plan on still doing 2-3 times a week depending on energy levels.
Glad they went down well! I did the same thing this morning, though I added some bok choy into the mix as well for a bit of greenery. I think I’m addicted 😅
Tomorrow I might try and add some pickled peppers and cabbage into the mix and see if I can make some sort of spicy sour noodle dish.
