View all comments We were learning about the samurai in Feudal age japan and when I asked about ninjas my teacher told me with a straight face “Ninjas are from china”. No they fucking aren’t I want to learn about ninjas. Also that Malcolm X was bad because he was “violent” which was more of a fucked up and reactionary thing to teach grade schoolers, But My 9th grade history teacher straight up lied to my face about ninjas and I believed her for a couple months.
