No one should be using Chrome, Firefox is the way.
You could also check out CalyxOS, it has a few features that make it easier to switch and it tends to run considerably faster than graphene.
What about lineageOS? My gut feeling is that it’s an op but that is based on literally nothing
Honestly could people stop naming alt OSs and say what they actually do. I’m intrigued, but nobody ever makes a real case for me to switch while informing me of the risks which would be really helpful. And there’s apparently a few choices, but I have no clue what the differences are.
The big issue with lineage is a security risk due to having an unlocked bootloader. As I’m aware only graphene and calyx will allow you to re lock the bootloader, keeping your stuff significantly more secure.
