Video games are reactionary, there are a million genocide simulators, war games, etc. all bout conflict, but why aren’t there any games about workplace conflict. It could be a fictional history or world or whatever, doesnt have to be Union Organizer Simulator 2020.
I feel like we could be on the cusp of this though, considering command economy sims like Factorio and Soviet Republic have gotten attention.

View all comments Didn’t know i wanted this, but now i really want this. You could put a million mechanics in (legislation, union busting, scabs) and have different companies be the different campaigns a la Total War. So like level 1 could be a small mechanic shop and level 10 would be a large warehouse.
