I used to drive about an hour to college and a good part of the trip was on a one-lane rural road out in the woods. I drive around the speed limit, since driving any faster than that gives me real bad anxiety. Every single morning this huge white lifted pickup truck would tailgate me, honk the horn, flash lights, overall make it clear that I was driving too slowly. Eventually, usually after about 10 minutes of this, the truck would pass me using the other lane. After about another 10 minutes there was a stop light and the road would split into two lanes and I would always pull up right next to that big white truck. We’d arrive at the stop light at the exact same moment, always.

Then the next morning we’d do it all over again. I really have to wonder what I seemed like from that driver’s perspective
