Can’t all those stupid mathematic equations the mining rigs do be used for, like, anything?

I’ve been saying it for a while now that legalization should involve some producing countries to fully make sense. There’s no need to grow weed under artificial lighting when the stuff you can get from Morocco or Afghanistan is so incredibly good. Like, seriously, anybody who’s ever smoked a good traditional Moroccan hashish, not the crappy soapbar stuff, but Hia or a really strong Pollem, or has had some of the sticky black hash that’s produced in Afghanistan,Kashmir, Manali, Nepal, anybody who’s ever gotten high off that knows how excellent outdoor grows can work in the right climate. Yields are great, too, plants in Afghanistan reach heights of 6 meters, literal fucking trees dripping with resin. And people in Europe or the US are growing the stuff under bulbs.

Yeah if you have a retirement account through work or whatever, do what you have to do. If you want to load $50 (or even a few thousand if you can afford it) into Robinhood and try your odds, then go for it. Definitely not something I would be “proud” of or excited about outside of the fact that I might really need the money by any means possible (it definitely feels good to have your needs met ofc)
