well, these are more just people that most people don’t know were marxists. It’s fun to throw these at libs and watch them implode. MLK, Mandela (his close ties to Castro especially), and Einstein.

Oscar Wilde is an especially spicy one for this, as he has this image of an irredeemable upper-class libertine. Also Mark Twain’s passages on the French Revolution and the Philippines Genocide.

Yes, but heavily influenced by Marx (both via Kropotkin and on his own), like many of our Anarchist comrades. The soul of man under Socialism almost parrots passages from Marx about wage slavery and capitalist alienation.
