A good indicator of the direction a party is heading is how its senior vs. junior elected officials act:

Only ~15% of Republican Senators voted to overturn the election.

One level of seniority down, about 60% of GOP Congresspeople voted to overturn it.

At the state level, almost all state legislators voted to overturn it and are currently auditing ballots for bamboo fibers to prove Joe Biden hired Xi Jinping to fly in fake ballots to the swing states.

So yeah, the party is clearly just gonna keep getting more and more fascist/less democratic. Don’t see how that’s even up for debate.
