With 12% of the vote to go, the lead of Fujimori has slimmed down to a mere single percent, with momentum in Castillo’s favour.
Unless they magically “find” a box of “missing” Fujimori votes, then it looks like it’s going to be decided with only a couple thousand votes seperating the two.
