Yeah I really want to take my cat to the beach this summer but she hates the car, she doesn’t like strange places and she doesn’t like to be around people she doesn’t know. It will suck to have to spend a week apart, but it will ultimately cause much less stress for her. I know a pet’s not quite the same, but I think it’s important to consider these things for any creatures that can’t voice their own discomfort.
