If you want people to disengage you have to disengage yourself. No one is following you around and harassing you through multiple threads, or spamming replies to conversations you’ve long since left. That’s what you can call the mods on. Here, you’re just whining to the mods because you want to get in the last word.

Here’s a tip: don’t call people “chuds” and “fucking stupid fucks” from the outset. That tends to make people naturally disengage more easily.
