If they knew how to run a business they wouldn’t be on that show in the first place. They just don’t have it in them to run a quality, above-board establishment that checks all the appropriate boxes. Instead, they skim by with wage theft, cutting health and safety corners, tax fraud, and generally putting a shitty product out. Giving them a nice new restaurant in 24 hours of whatever isn’t going to break all those lazy habits.
Pointing out the contradiction between how small business owners are lionized and how in reality they often can’t tell their ass from a hole in the ground is good radicalization material.
