You’re taking me too seriously. Giving people hard evidence that you are a ‘psychopath’, so they can tell the whole whole neighborhood, is never a good move.
In fact, that might even be the best approach, just getting more neighbors involved to apply social pressure. It depends how others would feel about their whole Stalin on his profile thing.
Also forget about legal issues because in most places the law genuinely does not give a shit about these kinds of petty squabbles.
If they did, calling police to get compensation for those dead birds would already have been sufficient.
