Selfish personal gain being… developing good relationships with other countries? You do realize other countries have far better foreign policy than what your America-centric view leads you to believe.
You think there’s motivation for them to do shit for free? How would that help the CCP? They obviously want influence over them in return later. Chinese savior complex. If it was America doing this you would call them imperialist swines.
