Oh, I’m a dbeat crust warrior who dresses like a Mad Max character. At this point most of it is decades removed from actual biker fashion as well, but it did come from there. Hell even Elvis was using what at the time was biker aesthetic.

Bikers, the answer is bikers. It’s even in Hunter Thompson’s book that even in the early 60s gay subculture had a degree of attachement to bikers. A lot were secretly getting sucked off by dudes at truckstops and a lot of dudes were secretly going to truck stops to suck off bikers.

It’s a great read aside from one particular part involving a really detailed account of a particularly gross gangbang that was most likely not very consentual. That is a very very very hard to read part. It’s quite informative otherwise.
