There’s not zero evidence of brain damage - there are medical scans and reports about how this is actually true.
There is zero evidence that it is some kind of sonic weapon.
It seems likely that it is from insecticide from fumigation against mosquitoes carrying Zika
Without seeing those reports and being quite certain that they’re from random medical staff without connection to the state it is impossible to rule out the politicization of the reports. Biden’s medical report pronounced him healthy and vigorous.
It was published in JAMA - this is just a news report about it, but presumably the journal publication could be found. I’ll look for it later when I’m back at a real computer
