How do you ride the line between losing your buzz and getting unpleasantly drunk?
Drink water, yes. But also exercise some during the day (this also means more water lol). Having a couple beers or whatever a few hours after a good work out feels so fucking nice. Plus you’ll get tired sooner which helps avoid the “oh shit it’s 4 am and I’m still drinking” situation
