Damn, I just slept for 15+ hours.

I keep having dreams where I have to go to jail. Being incarcerated is one of my biggest fears but I’m wondering if these recurring jail dreams are a manifestation of subconscious guilt. I’ve always felt a lot of guilt, but it’s rarely a main theme in my dreams, especially night after night after night.

I think a lack of stimuli during waking life is fucking with my dream life, causing them to feel more real.

Questions I have: Anyone else having more vivid dreams since lockdown? Are interpretations of dreams mostly junk science? Anyone else deal with guilt? Anyone else have dreams where they go to prison?

Help me Dr. Chapo!

Oh, i’ve also been smoking kind of a lot of CBD to help with anxiety, to stimulate my appetite, and for fun (I prefer it to regular weed). I think that may have to do with the vivid dreams and why I am sleeping for so long.
