No; people can rotate their phones, you can’t rotate a computer screen. This is why most Youtube videos are not vertical.

If you’re going to do a collage of headlines like that, though, it would probably be more phone-user friendly if you resized the browser window to 16:9 before you screenshotted them just so they’re larger on the smaller screen. I think Firefox has a built in thing in its Dev Tools that will do this for you, not 100% tho.
