The MO for cops who have half-decent DAs is to go on a soft strike, where they still go to work, still get paid, but don’t really respond to anything, and then blame the DA for being soft on crime when more and more violent criminals don’t get caught. The same thing is happening in Philadelphia with DA Krasner.
