The classic question.

Rules: This is a fight in an arena, you are unarmed, you cannot leave the arena until every other animal is dead, and while the animals are as intelligent as normal they do understand that they’re fighting you and will try to do so, they won’t just run away.

I wasn’t able to comment on yesterday’s topic, but I’ll say it now as this is something I’ve put much thought into. I could definitely beat a mountain lion, but nothing more. Even at their largest, mountain lions are only 220 pounds, and while it will likely severely maim me in the process, I believe that I would land the killing blow first.

Also 100 duck sized horses is clearly the easier fight, but I would rather fight the duck sized horse, as I would savor the opportunity to fell such a mighty beast.

That’s exactly the thought that would be going through your head when the lion sinks its fangs into your neck, piercing your spinal chord and instantly paralyzing you from the neck down.

Cougars get all their advantage from being able to launch a sneak attack from some sort of cover. Put one out in the open and it’s vitals are going to be far more exposed than mine, and a well placed attack would likely mean a short fight
