why would that be a useful index. that’s literally one sandwich sold by one company. it’s more indicative of shifts in mcd’s business strategy than wider economic conditions.

The value of a Special Treat Right, STR is based on a basket of key international treats reviewed by IMF every five years. The weights assigned to each treat in the XTR basket are adjusted to take into account their current prominence in terms of international trade and national foreign treat reserves.
