My partner worked at a construction non-profit and by far the most sexist volunteer was an older woman who had worked construction all her life. Like, she’d straight up take power tools from young women to give them to men and what not.

Similarly, when I worked in construction I saw most of the Mexican bosses were more racist against Mexicans than anyone else.
