For me: Fallout New Vegas, Bloodborne, Hollow Knight, Skyrim, and Red Alert 2

EDIT: adding Stardew Valley to this, most delightfully charming game I’ve ever played

Ace attorney 1-3 + investigations 2, truly some of the best games in that series.

Adding on to the list, Oneshot, and probably Undertale. Also Subnautica, discovering the wonders of the deep for the first time is an experience that can’t be beat.
