It seems that we have a few game developers on Hexbear, so I was wondering if there’d be any interest in a community game jam. I’m thinking a week-long jam where the submitted games would have some sort of left-wing theme (I actually have one in mind, though I obviously don’t want to spoil it). Winners in various categories and overall winner could be decided by a community vote.

I might submit my own game for this jam if it gets off the ground, but I would disqualify my entry from voting because being the host and knowing the theme ahead of time would give me an unfair advantage.

EDIT: Sounds like we have a fair amount of interest, so I’ll make a follow up post tomorrow and ask the mods to pin it.

EDIT 2: Thanks mods for the sticky!
