Well the longest lived civilizations are all mountain kingdoms in Asia.

Scarcity in hot and arid regions tends to provoke more conflict. This is being slowly abated by things like A/C and modern shipping and logistics though.

It has nothing to do with race. Before being concentrated in large cities most humans could live alongside rivers or oceans or lakes.

The effect of increased irrationality among urban dwellers in hot climates is relatively new and is not localized to just the Global South. It is a major problem for urban studies and public infrastructure.

You seem to have an agenda and are not arguing in good faith.

The problem of over-urbanization of regions with scarce resources and their instability is well-studied. Perhaps you should do some research outside of communist literature. Look up water scarcity, that is a good place to start.
