can you imagine if we turned all that shit into apartments and public community spaces? what if we made the business districts of cities into nice places to hang around :sicko-biker:

That is happening in places… but it’s much too limited too restrictive and too slow.

For all the terrible fucked up shit about it Hudson Yards is actually a very nice space in terms of public areas and walkability. If it weren’t for the asset-style living spaces being the main point of it and dev money thievery from poor neighborhoods I would be… ok with it.
