well, more importantly, when one discounts emotion entirely any reason to exist becomes null. all meaning in existence is subjective and there is no rational basis for any of it. our biological impulses are ultimately just as “rational” of a desire as any other, and not more so

obviously this isn’t a judgement of people who can’t feel emotion, but it does seem pretty silly to say that any desires are logical then
