the developers of the game start focusing on NFT trash instead of meaningful content
Damn. Too bad there aren’t a thousand D&D knock-offs and indie games, plus five prior editions that are absolutely swamped with content, which don’t require a $50 jpeg link to participate in.

I still haven’t made it over to 5e. Which is kind of a shame, as I’ve generally heard good things about it.
