I mean, the final episode (cw: drug stuff)

is a one year flash forward after he OD’s on heroin, leaves Diane a fucked up voicemail saying he’s gonna kill himself, goes to prison, and gets a weekend pass only for Mr. Peanutbutter to bring him to the place where he let Sarah Lynn die (from the heroin overdose he gave her). He has a panic attack, and the rest of the episode read to me like the other characters were getting their own closure for the fucked up things he did to them, rather than the reverse. I thought it was a pretty fitting end for a pretty fucked up show.
