Saw my doc this morning, plan is to be off phenibut completely in a few weeks - down to 1.5g/day now, down from 9. Had an EKG done that came back with good results. In cooler news, band is booking our first tour! Gonna head out east.

Feeling better than I have in a while. Fully in swoletariat mode and spending all of my time lifting and running. I’m up ~6 lbs and I’m feeling stronger and better every day. I still have some chronic back pain that I’m trying to rehab though so that drives me nuts a lot of the time. And some wildly weak muscles from doing heavy things at work with only one side of my body so one of my shoulders is significantly weaker than the other.
I took my dog to the vet the other day and he’s extremely healthy and in fantastic shape so that’s been a huge boost. I love that little dog so to know I’m doing a good job taking care of him means the world to me.
Also getting ready to ask for a ~70% raise at my job or I walk which would massively fuck over the business so I’m hoping that my leverage is good enough since I’m indispensable. Worst case scenario there’s other bullshit jobs making a similar amount to now, so fuck it.
