This stuff is great if you want big muscles and you build them easily, but for the comrade I don’t suggest it. You need some strength for the revolution but you also need speed, flexibility, good posture, and an ideal body weight. IMO, a strong focus on flexibility and olympic weightlifting achieves good results. I know too many people who got slipped discs because they did a bad squat at the gym.

Cardio is definitely good, but I personally love lifting heavy and it’s the only kind of workout that really keeps me coming back consistently. I wouldn’t discourage people from doing it but yeah form is very important and knowing your limits is even more important tbh
