If someone were to mail weed from a legal state to someone in another state where it isn't legal, how would/should one go about doing that?

UPS and FedEx don’t need a warrant to open packages, USPS does.

The point is that fed ex can open any package they want while usps can’t. No one in Cali is sending that shit private. I’ve seen it happen once and that was the only package I’ve ever seen that got picked up lol.
