Like I don’t get what the big deal is, they’re just people you go to to check on your teeth. It’s just dental hygiene. I also don’t see what they have to do with China, dentists are in every country aren’t they? Seems strange to get worked up about them if you ask me. :afunnyemote:
I am anti-dentistry because every time I’ve gone into a dentists office miraculously they find some reason to make me $3,000 poorer; the most recent trip involved turning a small cavity into filling in an entire goddamn tooth with silver after literally saying “Oops” while elbows deep inside my jaw.
I would rather have my humors balanced by a doctor-barber than go back to one of those miserly profit-chasing dentistry charnel houses because at least the leeches are supposed to suck you dry.
E) this is not to say I don’t practice good oral hygiene, I’m like the only person I know who flosses.
Oh yeah just figured out my “What should exist in 2022 but doesn’t” question from c/askchapo.
Low maintenance, natural, and immortal teeth should exist by now, given by outpatient procedures.
