just putting this here. comments on the site range from critiques to people saying its exactly like that in their community. it looks a bit like a carricature of the south without black people

yeah, most of them are afraid of being considered and portrayed as rednecks or low class, libs and salty chuds alike
one of the comments was like they mostly got it right but they missed out on the “callous, materialistic, diabetic, religious, trashy, hate-filled, obese, mistreated, domestic violence induced nuance to really pull it off” which is true but i still think they mostly pulled it off if without the perfect nuance. trully strange hobbies popping off in :poland-cool: in these end times
