One million percent yes. Look at Trump. He’s alpha. He’s also miserable as fuck. Every dude I’ve come across who fits the definition of “alpha” is incredibly unhappy and unsatisfied with life. And usually (but not always) that unhappiness pollutes their interaction with others. You couldn’t pay me to be “alpha” if all that toxic baggage comes along with it (and it always does).
