I like that finnegan’s wake ends with the start of the sentence from the beginning. Also, it was impossible for me to understand just 500 pages of gibberish lol. I read it aloud hoping I could catch some puns or something but nope, you basically need an irish accent and to have been alive in Ireland in the 1910s to have a hope of getting half of what this was. I read it to my dying dog in the summer after high school, she was pretty gone and wasn’t really moving. I’d have to carry her to the yard so she could have some sunshine as I read aloud literal gibberish.
