edit: oh, cannot be used as evidence, that makes sense. I thought they were banning defense lawyers from quoting rap songs.
Took me three guesses to get it right. First guess: they’re criminalizing rap. Second guess: they were banning lawyers from presenting their case via rap. Third guess: Ooooh, rap lyrics can’t be presented as evidence (which like…really? Took you this long to make this a thing?)
