These are the people who are the “elite of the elite”. Complete sociopaths who think they’re experts on everything because they know how to kill people.

It’s so funny how consumer and celebrity culture in the US has produced so many special forces personalities that leak training and operation details (assuming they’re accurate and not a grift). Like the dude who supposedly killed bin Laden is hated by the more serious psychopaths because the new recruits all want to be celebrities and making too many mistakes during their assassinations trying to leave a mark

And supposedly he lied about it. The lone survivor is a liar too. They get good book deals and open a gym somewhere and cash in.

There’s only one former Seal that I know of who doesn’t seem like a psychopath. He says a lot of Seals are pieces of shit and that he can train a chimp to do Navy Seal training.

Andy Stumpf. He has his moments where I get reminded “oh yeah he was in the special forces for almost 20 years.” But from what I’ve listened to, he seems pretty apolitical compared to the other Seals in the public. He goes into the details here. Sorry for having a Joe Rogan clip.

Breadtube if it didn’t suck.

Post videos you genuinely enjoy and want to share, duh. Celebrate the diversity of interests shared by chapochatters by posting a deep dive into Venetian kelp farming, I dunno. Also media criticism, bite-sized versions of left-wing theory, all the stuff you expected. But I am curious about that kelp farming thing now that you mentioned it.

Low effort / spam videos might be removed, especially weeb content.

There is a cytube that you can paste videos into and watch with whoever happens to be around. It’s open submission unless there’s something important to commandeer it with at the time.

A weekly watch party happens every Saturday (Sunday down under), with video nominations Saturday-Monday, voting Monday-Thursday. See the pin for whatever stage it’s currently in.
