It makes sense to call everyone born before the Reagan Era a millennial, because they came-of-age at the turn of the millennium.
If the boomers can somehow be spread over three decades I doubt the GenX-ers will mind a twenty-year stretch
I was under the impression they were more-or-less 20 year brackets of: Silent '00-'20, Greatest '21-'40, Boomer '41-'60, GenX '61-'80, etc.
