People say they taste like lobster. I think this is a bit of an exaggeration but I can see where they’re coming from, definitely in texture.

agreed it looks nuts! with weird stuff i always assume people saw an animal eat it or it was an eat this or starve type situation. or that our ancestors have been eating it since they were their ancestors etc. and so forth.
