People say they taste like lobster. I think this is a bit of an exaggeration but I can see where they’re coming from, definitely in texture.

I actually listened to this before - Paul stametz is probably the biggest name in mycology - although he is a pretty big myco simp, selling it hard everywhere.

Yes, I think so. I hadn’t seen this video. Last I checked they were still in development.
There was some kind of program where they were releasing the 3d file so people could print them at home, and that had not started yet.
